3 Yummy Fruit Snacks Your Kids Will Go Crazy For

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, even when you’re packing snacks in your kids’ lunch boxes! These three delicious fruit snacks are sure to please both their taste buds and their growing bodies. And they’ll be so delicious your kids will never suspect they’re healthy, too! Plus, since they only require a few simple ingredients and preparation time, you can throw them together in just minutes before school or work.

1) Frozen Grapes
Frozen grapes are the perfect snack for a hot day. They’re healthy, easy to make and your kids will love them. All you need is some fresh grapes and a freezer! Put the grapes on a cookie sheet in one layer and place in the freezer until frozen. Once they’re frozen, store in an airtight container or resealable bag so they stay fresh longer. You can also mix different kinds of frozen fruit together like berries or peaches to add variety!

2) Banana Sushi
At first glance, banana sushi may seem like a strange snack, but it’s actually quite easy to make. All you need is a banana, some peanut butter and a toothpick. First, cut the banana into thin slices and then spread peanut butter on one side. Use the toothpick to hold it in place and roll up the banana slice tightly so that it resembles a sushi roll. That’s all there is to it!

3) Strawberry Kabobs
1. Get a tray, or use a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
2. Fill the tray with alternating rows of strawberries and marshmallows
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then turn on broil and bake another two minutes until the marshmallows are toasted and browned.
4. Remove from oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes before eating (or wait until they’re cooled)
