Feel free to mix and match from each section, or pick and choose based on your personal strengths and weaknesses.
Start your week off strong with these exercises and you’ll be well on your way to losing 10 pounds! I’ve put together a list of seven exercises that use only body weight for maximum effect. You can do them all in under 30 minutes, so there’s no excuse not to fit it into your day!
1) Wall Squats – Stand with your back against the wall, feet shoulder-width apart and toes facing forward. Place one hand on the wall for balance.
2) What I Ate
I started by eating the following foods:
1. Eggs, oatmeal, and brown sugar for breakfast
2. Chicken with a side of rice for lunch
3. Skim milk with cereal for snacks
4. Roast beef with green beans for dinner
5. Greek yogurt with fresh fruit for dessert
3) My Workout Routine
We all know that exercise is a great way to lose weight and stay healthy, but it can be difficult to come up with a routine that fits your schedule. Here are six exercises that you can do every day for one week, with no equipment needed! Do each one for thirty seconds, then take a two-minute break before moving onto the next exercise. By the end of the week, you should see at least some weight loss.
The first day of my weight loss plan was a little rough. I had to get used to working out and eating right, but I’m proud of myself for sticking with it and not giving up. I learned that it’s important to set small goals (10 pounds in a week) so you can keep yourself motivated and excited about what you’re achieving.
On the second day, I was sore but happy with how much better I felt overall.
Weight loss is difficult and can be discouraging. But by using these exercises, I was able to lose ten pounds in one week. I hope they help you as well! Remember, consistency is the key when it comes to weight loss.
